The other problem was the complete disrespect that was given. It came to a point that no matter what deal was on table, we wouldn’t spend our money there. We called stupid in many ways and literally laughed at. The issues of being polite to customers and human beings need to be address here more than anything else. No thank you. Ryan Thompson relayed to me back then that Bryan Murray would not refund either of my claims although one was covered by a warranty I purchased at the dealership. That sentiment was reiterated when I complained to the BBB and Mary Pollack, I believe, responded that no kind of refund would happen, agreeing with general manager murray. So, take this bad review which is also available on Yelp and Google Reviews in it's entirety. Hopefully, future customers will read these reviews and take heed before they make the mistake of giving Koons their business/trust!
