Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! I've have worked with this dealership twice. I never should have given them a second chance! In 2014 I purchased a used GMC and was sold a complet I've have worked with this dealership twice. I never should have given them a second chance! In 2014 I purchased a used GMC and was sold a complete piece of junk! Every few months something significant was malfunctioning that needed immediate repair. In the two years I owned that car I put thousands of dollars into mechanical issues that were never disclosed and on a few items that NEVER should have been an issue on a two year old car!!! The last straw was when it stalled on me in the middle of a busy intersection. I researched vehicles and found one I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately it was located at this dealership. Reluctantly I went in to test drive it and got the standard run around with pricing, "let me check with my manager", etc. I told them I would be in the following day to pick up the vehicle, they told me they were "putting it on hold" for me and were getting it all washed up so it would be ready for me to pick up. When I called the next morning, they had sold the vehicle out from under me. Extremely disappointing and I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone in the future. If you want a great experience I suggest you visit the Joyce Koons GMC dealership in Manassas!! More

The dealership took me promptly and my service technician (Mr. Carlos Candia) explained the type of update required to correct the computer defect. He explained the approximate wait time and was very courteous throughout the entire process. Upon completion of the computer update, my vehicle was washed by the dealership. Koons and Jimmy Jones are amazing! Took our two 2015 vehicles in for routine maintenance yesterday and dealt with Jimmy Jones who is truly an outstanding representative for Koons. He m Took our two 2015 vehicles in for routine maintenance yesterday and dealt with Jimmy Jones who is truly an outstanding representative for Koons. He made the experience fun, efficient, and effective. On top of taking care of both cars extremely well, he helped get me to Bed, Bath and Beyond with the shuttle service so I could do some shopping while waiting. And, two of the very pleasant Koons drivers helped load and unload all of my purchases. Doesn't get any better than that! More
