This was our first experience shopping for a car on-line and it absolutely worked as advertised! While looking for a new, lower end 2011 Honda CR-V, we saw a previously owned 2011 CR-V EX-L, fully loaded w and it absolutely worked as advertised! While looking for a new, lower end 2011 Honda CR-V, we saw a previously owned 2011 CR-V EX-L, fully loaded with only 3200 miles on it. It seemed too good to be true, but we called, found it was still available and made an appointment to see it the next morning. After a two hour drive from Maryland in beltway traffic we arrived at the dealership and Maks Seriki was waiting for us ready for a test drive. Since Koons Tysons Corner is a "Certified USAA Dealer" the price and discounts were guaranteed. Maks was extremely knowledgeable not only about the CR-V, but also made sure we received all of the incentives and discounts we were entitled to. Kudos as well to Frankie, who scheduled the appointment and John, who took care of all the financing paperwork. When I came into Koons sales dept. it wasn't under the best circumstances. I had just learned my truck was a loss and not worth what it would take to fix it. I appreciate his professional manner and sincere effort. The only thing I realized in retrospect is that I ended up with a monthly payment a bit higher than I had hoped for because nothing was taken off the sales price. I suppose this was my fault as much as theirs. All in all it was a very good experience and I felt I had help with my problem. More

i hit something on I66, front bumper was pushed in and rubbing against tire. Made a really bad noise. I drove to Koons Service first thing this morning, without an appointment and the service folks sent m rubbing against tire. Made a really bad noise. Took most of the day to fix the problem, but i talked with them on the phone three times, and everything worked at the end of the day. Great service, fixed the problem, on time and on quote. I recently went to Koons Tysons to look at a new Silverado, but, unfortunately it had already been sold.
