When I came into Koons sales dept. it wasn't under the best circumstances. I had just learned my truck was a loss and not worth what it would take to fix it. The only thing I realized in retrospect is that I ended up with a monthly payment a bit higher than I had hoped for because nothing was taken off the sales price. I recently went to Koons Tysons to look at a new Silverado, but, unfortunately it had already been sold. i hit something on I66, front bumper was pushed in and rubbing against tire. Made a really bad noise.
