I was considering the possible purchase of a new vehicle and went through USAA's car buying service. My contact information was forwarded to 3 dealers, one of which was Koons Tysons Chevy/Buick/GMC. I was contacted by one of Koons' sales consultants named Sean O'Neil within 1-2 hours of receiving my confirmation e-mail from USAA and I made an appt. to come in on a Saturday morning. Mr. O'Neil was very professional and personable which helped to provide a relaxed yet focused buying experience. He was very patient and provided answers to all of my questions (some of which I knew but wanted to verify, nonetheless). I test drove 3 vehicles (the vehicle I purchased I test drove twice). I also traded in 2 vehicles as part of the transaction. Koons purchased the one vehicle I left at home "sight unseen". Such was the confidence they had that my vehicles were in pristine, low mileage condition. I've never experienced the confidence and faith Koons extended to me by any other car dealer, ever! Wayne Chase in the finance office was very pleasant and straight forward and we got through the entire paperwork in approx. 15-20 minutes. In addition, Sean O'Neil and I drove back to my house in my new 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible so that he could pick up my second vehicle I traded in and take it back to the dealership 15 miles away. I am convinced that Koons Tysons Chevy put forth their best and most sincere effortto provide me with a great price not only on a new car but offered me OUTSTANDING trade-in allowance on my used vehicles. Sean O'Neil followed up with me several times since I purchased my Camaro Convertible to inquire whether I had any questions or issues with the vehicle that might need to addressed by their service dept. Fortunately, the only service dept. visit I've had to make was to install the bolts for the tonneau cover as their service dept. had already closed by the time we concluded the transaction. I am now almost one month into my new car ownership and I will say with complete confidence that not only am I completely satisfied with my new car, but with the outstanding purchasing experience provided by Sean O'Neil. Koons Tysons Chevy/Buick/GMC will be my 1st choice when considering the purchase of a new GM vehicle in the future! More

We have bought 4 cars from the Koon’s Dealerships in Tyson Corner. Every time has been a pleasant experience. All of the staff has been very friendly and extremely helpful. We actually went to another dealership just to see the car and they did not have anything (color or price) that we would have considered. In particular, Mr. Mandou Gaye really makes it an enjoyable experience. Mr. Gaye, actually sold us our most recent car, which was not a make that he mostly sells, but we preferred to approach him because of the comfort we had with him in selling us our other purchases.
