Koons Tysons Chevy Buick GMC

After trying to make a deal with our local Chevy dealer in Martinsburg,WV with no success, I gave Koons a try since I found them on autotrader.com I spoke with Earl who was full of energy and was helping m in Martinsburg,WV with no success, I gave Koons a try since I found them on autotrader.com I spoke with Earl who was full of energy and was helping me out instantly. He gave me a price and I told him I would think about. He followed up with a phone call to see if I made a decision. Before that I was calling our local dealer and actually offering to give more, but not their asking price. They didn't budge! They said they were only going to make $114.00 off the deal and they wouldn't go lower. When Earl called and I told him the price that I wanted. Which was $500 less than what I asked my local dealer to drop down to...guess what??? The said yes! I ended up with a 2011 Chevy Traverse at $2000.00 less than my local dealer's price! Earl also was a great help with setting up our OnStar account and bluetooth for our hands free phone calling! He was super friendly and didn't mind the 5 and 3 year old tagging along and eating lunch at his desk. This dealership rocks!!! To top it off Byron Marine guided us through the financing part of the deal with ease and answered all questions. He offered us extended warranties, etc. Didn't push and accepted "no" and left it at that. What was also nice was a lady working there took our kids into her office and allowed them to draw and talked to them for a good while. We REALLY appreciated that! The dealership went above and beyond expectations. It took less than 1 hour of total time to do the deal with Earl over the phone on Friday. Saturday we were there by 10:45 AM and we were out the door at about 2:00pm. They were great! I will refer Koons to everyone I know. I just cant wait to take my new Traverse to our local dealer for oil changes, etc. with that Koons sticker on the back :) More

That shows poor customer service. I don't think that I'll ever buy a car from them again. I bought the car at Koon's Tyson's GM. The used car manager told me he could do nothing for me, but he hoped this didn't leave "a bad taste in my mouth", of course, it did. I mean, a couple hundred dollar repair over the $8,000 dollars I spent? Shame on you Koon's. More

I arrived at the dealership at 7:30 pm, test drove two vehicles, and made my selection. I was home with my new vehicle, at a price I was willing to pay by 11:00 pm. It was by far my best, fastest, experience purchasing a new vehicle. I will definitely recommend Koons of Tysons Corner to any of friends who are in the market for a new GMC or Chevrolet. The following statement is my comment regarding option 2: Other information I wish I had before going to the dealership. I received financing for the vehicle through the dealership, but have subsequently received financing at a better interest rate through USAA, so I will immediately make changes to this aspect of my purchase. Other than that, I am 100% satisfied with the service, friendliness of the dealers, and my new vehicle. More

He took the time to really understand my interests and needs for a vehicle and was superb in recommending vehicles and features that w and friendly. I was very surprised at the first rate guest relations that are provided by this team at Koons at Tysons Corner. On Sunday night I requested more information from an online used car ad and first thing Mo that are provided by this team at Koons at Tysons Corner. On Sunday night I requested more information from an online used car ad and first thing Monday morning I received a call from Bruce to follow-up. His demeanor was extremely pleasant and informative. Because of this phone call, I made an appointment to come in and see the vehicle that afternoon. Bruce was very welcoming and had already prepared for my visit. I was introduced to Mr. Earl Jones who went with me on my test drive. I found Mr. Jones to be very personable and helpful in my adjustment to driving an unfamiliar vehicle. There was no heavy sales tactics which I greatly appreciated. When we returned, Bruce had the quote for my trade-in ready. Mr. Jones and Bruce worked up a great deal and before I knew it I was in Byron's office to complete the financial paperwork. Byron was able to get me a terrific finance rate, explained everything thoroughly, and again, there was no heavy sales tactic. All three Koon's employees were extremely professional and showed that they understood that excellent customer service makes the difference to a consumer. Mr. Jones actually found items in my trade-in that I had not realized were there and for that I am extremely grateful. I returned to the dealership 3 days later to have a few pre-approved items completed on the vehicle and again Mr. Jones was as welcoming as before I bought a vehicle. Antonio Martin in the service department was quick, courteous, and very helpful. He was very willing to look into some of my concerns, i.e., I did not know when my new (used) vehicle had its last oil change so could he find out for me? I would, and already have, recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
