Purchase brand new car with service program after 40,000 miles told me you need a new tires which is they are not be rotated correctly every single time they perform service on my car and wanted me pay a fe miles told me you need a new tires which is they are not be rotated correctly every single time they perform service on my car and wanted me pay a few thousand for something that should be never happened and should be covered by service or any adjustment need to be done. I will not be told to do that. That seems to me it just wanna charge me for something that should be done by service. Very disappointed never go back to that dealer. More

Koons finally fixed my wife's brand new 2026 Land Cruiser after 4 months! My wife got the OEM roof rack removed in Jan 2026 when she bought the vehicle and Koons let her take it home with tape covering the h after 4 months! My wife got the OEM roof rack removed in Jan 2026 when she bought the vehicle and Koons let her take it home with tape covering the holes in the roof only for me (her husband) to discover it! When I took it back to get it properly fixed, they sent it home with only 4 of 6 clip-on gaskets installed! After some time we noticed it and found water in the vehicle! Today I had them come pick up the vehicle and they dropped it off with the clips still missing! So this afternoon I had to have them drop off the parts so I could install them in my driveway (Apr 2026). The staff are so incompetent that they couldn't find their way out of a wet paper bag! Avoid at all costs because they are as shady as can be More
