My personal experience at Koons Tysons Toyota I am not the review writing type, but felt very compelled to speak about my experience at Koons Tysons Toyota. After having a bad experience at Darcar I am not the review writing type, but felt very compelled to speak about my experience at Koons Tysons Toyota. After having a bad experience at Darcars Toyota in Silver Spring, I was very skeptical about visiting another large Toyota dealership. However my family recently expanded and I absolutely had to address the need for a larger safe vehicle. I was browsing the internet for my desired vehicle and came across the Koons advertisement (You know the one with the woman who has the amazing blue eyes), and figured that I would give this dealership a shot. From the moment that I first spoke with Essie (AC) Nazemi I knew that I was in for a completely different experience. I had previously been in the market for this vehicle for about a year and knew about all of the hidden fees and false advertisement to draw customers. He was very knowledgeable of the product, respectful of my time, and really motivated to work hard to earn my business. I went to the dealership on a Wednesday night with the intention of viewing the inventory on the lot and getting my trade in vehicle appraised, but ended up leaving with an awesome deal on a new vehicle. The "Wow Price" was very aggressively priced and transparent. The three gentlemen that helped put this deal together went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with all of the terms of the deal. Essie worked extremely hard for me initially and really presented great framework for the deal to the sales manager, he then allowed me to speak directly with the internet sales manager on duty Hassan Usmani. Hassan was very polite and well spoken, (this is rare for a sales managers who is tasked with the tough job of facilitating intense negotiations) he ensured that I was comfortable with all of the terms moving forward and introduced me to the finance manager Farid Mohajer-Vaghari. Farid was stellar, he went above and beyond transitioning this deal from concept to reality. I need to mention that this entire deal happened after normal business hours, and Farid was incredibly patient with me and explained in great detail each document I signed. He presented the warranty information in laymen terms and his kept his preliminary figures concise. He ensured that I had no surprises at the final stage of the deal. After everything was signed and the deal was done around 10:30pm I drove home with a huge smile on my face. As I mentioned earlier I do not like to write reviews, but felt like the gentlemen that took care of me at Koons Tysons Toyota deserved to be recognized. I thought I would never say the following words in the same sentence, but I actually had an “Honest and Fair car buying experience at Koons Tysons Toyota”. More
