A "Wow" fail General Manager, According to your Customer Relations Manager, customers receiving a survey typically are prompted within a week--that time has com General Manager, According to your Customer Relations Manager, customers receiving a survey typically are prompted within a week--that time has come and gone; I thought you should know of my overall disappointing Koons' experience, a "Wow" fail. We did not experience the level of customer service your recent Board of Governors Award recognizes. As of this writing, we are settled. You should know I can not recommend your dealership based on this experience. If you care to know of the details, they are listed below. Of my seven new car buying experiences, the Koons' event was the worst I have ever had. During our 10 hours (over a two day period) at this dealership during the week; it was a comedy of errors: two of the three cars we filled paperwork on would not start. There is a reason: on busy weekends, many cars are often left with doors open causing batteries to drain--common in the Prius models. So common, that your protocol is to place windshield wipers in the up position so techs know which ones to charge, but yet we had a few with battery issues on both Thursday and Friday. They missed a few delivery deadlines with vehicle(s) not being ready (battery not charged, vehicle not cleaned) for delivery. Three to four hours is what I have experienced in the past; the 10 hours does not include my initial visit of kicking tires when shopping--the 10 hours were inclusive of negotiating, getting paperwork/vehicle ready/and mostly waiting and waiting--clearly no sense of urgency and a commitment to customer service. My experience was so frustrating, it was apparent to your staff it was not how a car buying experience is suppose to go; I became numb to the number of apologies... Salesman was not familiar with loaner policy as he offered it to us when one does not exist; it was later rescinded by management. At the eleventh hour, customer relations manager voiced we should call her if needed. Sales manager and I agreed on a price difference and yet they charged us ~$173.54 more. Not that much money I suppose, but poor form when this issue was brought up when Jon Frederick and I virtually shook hands. Apparently, responding to an email with "all-in on those figures" on my counter offer means something different. I will not purchase another car from you; shared my experience to my network and review sites. More

They have treated us fairly and know what they're talking about. The dealership has a nice tradition in which they have a dinner and Q&A every month for people who have bought from them. We went to this month's dinner on Monday and came away knowing more about our new car than before the dinner. One of the mechanics at the dinner--a fellow named Keith--was particularly helpful in showing us how to use the computerized navigation system. One heck of a nice guy! Thanks Keith!! More
