Worst Body Shop I've Ever Dealt With When I first brought my car in, they told me 23-48 hours before they could even give me a time estimate on how long it would take. But they had already ordered the hood, grill, and bumper for my vehicle. 48 Hours later, I still had yet to receive a call, so I had to call them myself. I dealt with Amanda from the body shop and she spoke to me with so much disrespect because I'm young and a female and would never give me a straight answer. 13 DAYS LATER, they still haven't gotten the hood in, telling me its the last part to be received, yet somehow everything else that they ordered after the original three parts have arrived such as the air conditioner, radiator, and many more. They messed up the paint job, telling me it's going to take EVEN LONGER, and they never keep me updated, only responding when I am forced to call the manager myself. I still have yet to receive my car, Koons Toyota in Vienna has forced me to postpone going back to college because they never gave me a straight answer on when my vehicle would be finished and I have never been so angry and frustrated before with a body shop. More
