Got a voicemail message from James saying that our vehicle needed all this extra service. However all of the services James speaks of in the voicemail was done at our last visit. She had to show him the transcript of the voicemail message he left with his cell phone number. When my wife returned home I played the voicemail for her and she verified that was him. I have NEVER had a poor experience. I fully trust the mechanics and the customer service reps. at this location.
