Above and Beyond Last week I had the pleasure of taking my car to Koon’s Toyota due to a situation with one of my tires, after working a 12hr night shift. (I was not a happy camper) I was exhausted but the job had to be done. (After Darcar’s of Silver Spring decided to rip me off for a service that was free of charge. Darcar’s kept me at their dealership for over 4hrs just to tell me that I had to spend hundreds of dollars for a service that was not needed. (Shame on you Darcar’s) My husband told me to take my car to where we are always satisfied. So, after a very long night I did just that. I was greeted by Chris Toth. Who I felt had promised me the world at the time. I explained to Chris my frustration and I was kind of nasty about it....but he kept calm and explained to me that, he would do whatever he could to correct the situation. He controlled the situation and explained that he would have me out in an hour. He not only delivered on his promise but had me out in 45 minutes and continued to apologize for keeping me so long. My car is doing great and I know for sure my baby will ONLY be seen by KOONS Toyota from now on. Chris is AWESOME and extremely professional. He is very honest and has such a great demeanor. He explained to me the next service that was needed. Chris did not pressure me to make an appointment nor have the work done the same day. I can honestly give him an ABOVE & BEYOND rating!! Mr. Toney Jeter was extremely helpful in providing all the information we needed, showing the car to us, explaining every feature (as we were completely new to Prius!) and answering all our questions. Thank you Mr. Toney Jeter! We did not know what to expect coming in and were somewhat scared of potential aggressive tactics; however, such tactics are nowhere to be found at this dealership. Not only was Mr. Jeter honest, objective and did not put any pressure on us, but also from what we could observe all their employees are laid back, nice and friendly and really show care for their customers. We would also like to thank two other very nice gentlemen: Mr. Mawutor Adamaley, who handled the financing part, and Mr. Kader Ndao, who went out of his way to help us when we needed help. More

Aqib Shaikh (product delivery) was very knowledgeable on all the vehicle features, and explained all the tech/new features of the car. Overall, Koons Toyota had the best rates in the area, and above that gave us discounts on top of their WOW price. Enjoying our new Toyota Highlander, and loved the customer service and attention we got from Koons. After couple weeks, I had a service appointment with them, which went smooth as well. So far, it's been a pleasant experience, and definitely recommend any future Toyota customers to visit Koons Tysons - their inventory and prices are hard to beat. More
