Mr. Toney Jeter was extremely helpful in providing all the information we needed, showing the car to us, explaining every feature (as we were completely new to Prius!) and answering all our questions. Thank you Mr. Toney Jeter! We did not know what to expect coming in and were somewhat scared of potential aggressive tactics; however, such tactics are nowhere to be found at this dealership. Not only was Mr. Jeter honest, objective and did not put any pressure on us, but also from what we could observe all their employees are laid back, nice and friendly and really show care for their customers. Overall, Koons Toyota had the best rates in the area, and above that gave us discounts on top of their WOW price. Enjoying our new Toyota Highlander, and loved the customer service and attention we got from Koons. After couple weeks, I had a service appointment with them, which went smooth as well.
