Impressed with the sales staff I had been looking for used Volvo XC 90 on the web for some time, but all were priced way over KBB or Edmonds dealer pricing. Had called other dealers I had been looking for used Volvo XC 90 on the web for some time, but all were priced way over KBB or Edmonds dealer pricing. Had called other dealers, but all were firm on their price. Finally found one at Koons that was priced below KBB & Edmonds dealer pricing...problem was I live 4 1/2 hours away. Emailed dealer and received a call from Toney Jeter. I had several questions and a few of the pics on the website were not clear. Toney took additional pics and sent those to me.....finally convinced this was worth the drive we took off. I had never been to a dealership this busy before, but everyone was obviously very well trained, and you could tell Toney loved his job and would go the extra mile to make sure you were going to have a good experience. There were few cosmetic issues we had concerns about, including a small tear in a leather door panel. Toney had their leather guys fix that, did a little touch up paint on one nick, and took care of some other minor issues himself. All looked great when they were fixed. When accounting was backed up checking us out, he ordered dinner delivered to the dealership for my family. I don't buy cars that often, but would not hesitate to drive 9 hours round trip again if Koons had what I was looking for at the right price. I now understand why they have all " # 1 Toyota dealership Mid Atlantic Region" banners hanging in the showroom. They've earned them with great pricing and customer service. More

Pete Onderchain "Mr Pete" as he is known in my household is simply the bomb. I bought my first Toyota in 2009. I was so satisfied I asked him to hook me up with a saleman and I bought my second Toyota, this time a new 2010 Rav4. From there I bought another, a used 2009 Toyota Corolla. The main reason I now have three Toyota's is Mr Pete. He personally treats us exrtremely well every time we come in for service and makes sure his employees do the same. I recommend to anyone with a Toyota or Lexus to bring it to Tysons Toyota and ask for Mr Pete. You won't be disappointed. More

Kader was extremely responsive to our needs and asked that we make an appointment with him. The dealership was hopping busy and it is easy to see why. They make the shopping experience feel like a trip to Disney. They arranged to ship our desired car in from a dealer in MD and it arrived three hours later.
