Great service I will like to mention two names Seneca and Edward. Both of them are more than great. Helped is for Prius. They make my purchase easy and quick. But I wasnt too satisfied with the finance person. First I asked how many applications they did he said three but I believe it was more than three cause of I still receiving mails for the applications. The information was provided was not enough. The paperwork was delayed by him and do not have all. Alright the sales side they gave me all the information before I had my concern. I will like to say if you are trying to buy contact Seneca or Edward they both are great and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you and find the right solution. More

True Customer Satisfaction! I went in to look at a used Highlander, I purchased one...drove it around for 6 days and wasn't totally happy. Thought maybe I could have gotten a ca I went in to look at a used Highlander, I purchased one...drove it around for 6 days and wasn't totally happy. Thought maybe I could have gotten a car with less miles but still at a great price. Contacted Josh, he said to come on by, take a look, no questions asked. Went by and received a full credit and left with a car I'm very happy with. Josh brought up several things that made me think and ultimately make my decision. Riad was very helpful. Tonci was like a kindred spirit, we hit it right off, and he made the paperwork process much more bearable. What other car company offers this kind of protection, guarantee, and personal service? More

Both the sales team and the finance department are incredibly nice and straightforward. Working with Edward Nwanneka from sales was great. He really took the time to work to find the car that best fit our needs and budget. We ended up taking advantage of Koons' 7-day exchange policy, and exchanging the car was no hassle at all. Manuel from finance was great, and actually recommended we take a lower warranty package than we initially looked at, and was able to include a piece from a higher package at no extra charge. I was consistently impressed at how much I was not being upsold on more expensive products. The only downside was that they can get busy and wait times can be long, but they were always very nice about it and even willing to stay a bit late for us on more than one occasion. I would recommend this dealership, and Edward, to any of my friends purchasing a car. It was a very pleasant experience, which was not necessarily what I was expecting as a first-time car buyer. More

He told me I would be paying too much for things I didn't really want. He even drove me home to DC - since I had traded in my car and was leaving the new car at Koons to have heated seats installed. WOWed Experience! We stopped by Koons on our way back to Richmond from a vacation trip. We knew what we were looking for (Sienna or Odyssey) and they had a great select We stopped by Koons on our way back to Richmond from a vacation trip. We knew what we were looking for (Sienna or Odyssey) and they had a great selection of Siennas. We ended up purchasing a used Sienna with the help of Toney Jeter with some needed exterior TLC (dents, scratches, etc.). Toney WOWed us with how caring, kind and knowledgeable he is. He walked through EVERY feature on the car and explained everything in detail. It was a wonderful experience with him as we did not feel like we were buying a car but rather having a friendly conversation. We also asked that the scratches and dents be fixed and they were more than fixed. I can’t even tell that they were there!!! THANK YOU Toney for being a human being (not a pushy salesperson) and understating our needs! More
