Friendliness, Professionalism, Excellence in Sales/Service Mr. Clyde Perry, Sales, was instrumental in my decision to purchase a new Highlander Platinum Limited. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from him, and association goes back approximately 8 years. Knowledgeable concerning the product, and professional and friendly in his demeanor. My Association with this dealership since 2003: purchased 2003 Tacoma CrewCab, 2005 Tundra CrewCab, 2007 Tundra CrewCab, 2008 Highlander, and now the 2014 Highlander Platinum Limited. Service Department also instrumental in my decision to purchase at this dealership. Mr. Mike O'Neill is primary reason due to his knowledge, skills, and abilities--consummate professional. Have referred many friends and family to this dealership. Recently sent friend to Mr. Perry who bought a new RAV4 and he related how pleasant the experience was with Mr. Perry. When we arrived at the dealership, Seneca was the first person to meet us and had the car ready and waiting for us. He answered all of our questions. Seneca was great to work with! He was funny to talk to you. He made this buying process very easy and there was no stress/frustration, which everyone knows there can be, while buying the car. Prepared and not pushy I was very impressed with our sales associate, Seneca. I had let him know which car my husband and I wanted to look at - he had it ready and waiting I was very impressed with our sales associate, Seneca. I had let him know which car my husband and I wanted to look at - he had it ready and waiting out front for us when we pulled up. Prior to my arrival, Seneca text me a short video tour of the car pointing out it's features. He had even pulled up a comparable car right next to it so that I could look at them side by side. WOW! Talk about being prepared and making my experience amazing! Other places I had visited took 20 minutes to find the car on their lot, pulled it up and then basically just had us look at the car...no talking about gas mileage, safety of car, special features, etc. Seneca made sure all our questions were answered and was very polite when we needed "couples time" to discuss our finances privately. He was friendly, very prepared for our visit and not pushy about buying the car. (Even though we did!) I would highly recommend Koons Tysons Toyota - ask for Seneca! More

Gave them our budget in email. Gave them our location in email. Car was dirty. Cargo area was dirty and dusty, and there were potato chips in front floorboard. Really? Car shook. Took it on the highway and the whole thing shook so bad we both thought we had a flat (except tire light wasn't on). Really? No floor mats. Not even after market. Really? Salesman said Koons details and does intense inspection on used vehicles and all come with 30 day limited 50/50 warranty. Really? Sales manager, William King, would not negotiate price. Finally came down $300 but no more. Really? If they'd been willing to absorb fees, tags, taxes and title, they would have made $6000 cash and had a trade-in for half an hours work. Really? Wasted gas. Wasted afternoon. Really. More

Hassan Usami and Tonci Klaric were fantastic throughout the whole buying process. Great price off of MSRP using the USAA discount with TrueCar. If I had one complaint with the whole process, was that my trade in was definitely undervalued. In the end, I understand this is a business and I am happy that we could agree on a number and complete the deal. Despite the small issue with the trade in, I would recommend this dealership to others based on the professionalism of the staff. Thanks! More
