Koons Tysons Toyota

Plan on returning for next vehicle purchase. Earlier this year I took a 3.5 hour drive from Virginia Beach to Koons Tysons Toyota in Vienna since they had a fabulous deal on a 2011 Toyota RAV4 wh Earlier this year I took a 3.5 hour drive from Virginia Beach to Koons Tysons Toyota in Vienna since they had a fabulous deal on a 2011 Toyota RAV4 which I ended up purchasing. I was very impressed with the comprehensive service I received from the sale team of Mr. H. Bautista. and Mr. Ginder They were very comprehensive in providing me the information I needed when I was researching the RAV4. Both men were not only very low pressure and low-key in their interaction with me, but were very, very attentive in emailing me the specific documentation I needed on the vehicle before I purchased it (I’m very thorough at scrubbing paperwork before making large purchases of any kind). Overall, I was very impressed with my experience and decided to keep in touch with the sales staff for future purchases. This past weekend I decided to have the following done on the same RAV4 that I purchased: 1) Application of the Enviroguard Resistall Next Generation (NG) 7-Year exterior and interior vehicle protection coated to my vehicle. There are only a few dealership sin the entire state of Virginia that possesses techs that are certified to apply this very unique coat. 2) Installation of specialized Goodyear Triple-Tred Assurance CS tires installed in preparation for the winter season. Now one could argue that I could’ve had the items purchased and installed at a closer location in Richmond, Virginia (only 1.5 hours away instead of 3.5 hours). However, I decided to take the 3.5 hour drive for a good reason: I had a high level on confidence that the installation/application of the 2 items listed above would be completed to my satisfaction. On top of taking care of the items listed above, the Customer Relations Director Ms. Latiolais. invited me to lunch with the Toyota Staff while I waited for my repairs to my vehicle to be completed. During the wait, I also began shopping around for a Prius with the sales representative Mr. Henry B. who sold me my previous car. As usual, he was not only very thorough in answer the my technical questions for each Prius thoiat we test drove, but his low-key, low-pressure approach in interacting with customers really put me at ease. I highly recommend connecting with the sales representative Mr. H. Bautista. as well as the Customer Service Relations Director Ms. Latiolais upon arriving to the dealership. Overall, the outstanding commitment to their customers on top of their already highly competitive prices makes this dealership worth the long 3.5 hour drive. I definitely plan on taking another 3.5 hour drive back later in December when my girlfriend is ready to purchase her Prius. More

I've never enjoyed going through the car buying process, but I honestly have to say that George mad I worked with George Salme at Koons Tysons Toyota. I've never enjoyed going through the car buying process, but I honestly have to say that George made it not only painless, it was actually pleasant. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. He answered all my questions about the car I wanted and I never felt rushed or pushed. After the purchase he spent quite awhile showing me how all the features of my new 2015 Rav4 work. I really trust George and will definitely look for him when it is time for my next car purchase. More

Overall Pleasant Experience! This review is a little late as I've owned my 2014 Highlander for 7 months now, but I wanted to say that we had a wonderful experience at Koons Tysons This review is a little late as I've owned my 2014 Highlander for 7 months now, but I wanted to say that we had a wonderful experience at Koons Tysons Toyota and worked with JOSH LUNDY. What a great guy and he went above and beyond to give us the best customer service and to make a deal with us without being overbearing pushy or obnoxious! he's definitely the GUY TO SEE when you go there! He even called me on Mother's Day to wish me a great day which is rare these days in customer service! I recommend Koons to anyone who asks me about my new car! I've also had the pleasure of getting my car serviced there and it too was a nice experience! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, KOONS! More

I came in on a Friday wanting to purchase a particular car and Tony gladly explained everything to me about it. Down to where the spare is and how to get it out to oil and the type the vehicle needs. He shows you everything so your not leaving the dealership not knowing about your car. Well needless to say I decided to not go with the car I originally planned on and came in the next day, taking up many hours of Tonys time deciding on an alternative. He helped me work through the deciding process and was so patient and kind. Thanks Tony! More

Aria is awesome! My Prius had a weird glitch where the computer (i.e. ALL POWER) shut off randomly and restarted when a door was slammed hard. Of course, it could never be reproduced when I wanted to show it to my service rep, Aria, at Koons Tyson's Toyota. Aria worked with me till we had the problem solved. First he asked me to video it the next time the problem occurred. He shared the video with his manager. They tore apart all dash and door connections to the computer. They reported the problem to Toyota. In the meantime they gave me a free rental car (a brand new Prius V) and worked on the car for more than a week. I was only charged for an oil change and was even given a discount for that with a coupon they had sent me. I was treated with respect and lots of patience, even though I'm sure they must have thought I was nuts since the problem couldn't be reproduced. But thanks to Aria, they stuck it out till it was solved. Aria is awesome!! More
