Do not go here I called on a car from autotrader. They said it was perfect and come down, knowing we lived over an hour away. It had three new tires and one worn I called on a car from autotrader. They said it was perfect and come down, knowing we lived over an hour away. It had three new tires and one worn tire and the tint was scratched. It was even missing a cup holder. They wouldn't negotiate at all and were even rude about it. I looked at a different car and liked it so five hours later after much pressure about a warranty, I was driving away. I emailed all the info they needed for out of state plates and then called to follow up. They said I needed to come back because they did the wrong paperwork. I said I could only do it on the weekend and they said that was fine. I called ahead on Sunday and the guy I worked with was not even working, nor had he prepared the paperwork or notified anyone else about the issue. So after two more hours of driving and an hour and a half in the dealership for a second time, they wanted me to come back since they couldn't say what the final tax would be. I filled out two sets of paperwork because it was so far to return. Now, two days and several calls later, they won't call me back to confirm I am actually good to get plates or even to tell me the final price/payment. I mentioned how inconvenient it was and how we were disappointed on Sunday. The manager, Frank Elrod, said they don't do gas cards to reimburse my expense and didn't even say sorry about the issue. He was standoffish and uncompromising. I am about to just return the vehicle. Such an impersonal, disappointing experience. If a manager reads this, please, contact me and sort this out! More

Toney saw us walking around the use car lot and immediately started helping us, He is extremely knowledgeable, and went through all aspects of the car, and was able to answer any and all questions we had. He was very patient, friendly, and extremely thorough. He understood what i wanted and what my mom wanted and was able to find a car that fit me perfectly. He made the process a lot less stressful for me and my mom, and fun. I also worked with Tonci, who was great as well! Very friendly, patient, and thorough. He explained things so that they were easy to understand and answered all me and my mom's questions. I would absolutley recomment Koons Tysons Toyota, and Toney Jeter. More
