WOWed Experience! We stopped by Koons on our way back to Richmond from a vacation trip. We knew what we were looking for (Sienna or Odyssey) and they had a great select We stopped by Koons on our way back to Richmond from a vacation trip. We knew what we were looking for (Sienna or Odyssey) and they had a great selection of Siennas. We ended up purchasing a used Sienna with the help of Toney Jeter with some needed exterior TLC (dents, scratches, etc.). Toney WOWed us with how caring, kind and knowledgeable he is. He walked through EVERY feature on the car and explained everything in detail. It was a wonderful experience with him as we did not feel like we were buying a car but rather having a friendly conversation. We also asked that the scratches and dents be fixed and they were more than fixed. I can’t even tell that they were there!!! THANK YOU Toney for being a human being (not a pushy salesperson) and understating our needs! More
