I recently had my car serviced at koons Tyson’s Toyota, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The technical staff behind the closed doors seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing g and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. I bought the car from this dealer, since then when I came for service every six month they missed at least one issue that needs to be addressed( after I paid). When I finally got my car back, the issue I brought it in for was not resolved, and in fact, it seemed to be worse. When I brought this up with the staff, they took the car back to the garage after they told me it’s ready to go. Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend koons Tyson’s Toyota for SERVICE to anyone looking for reliable and professional car service. More
