Outstanding Customer Attention and Information Sharing My first inquiry online about a 2010 Prius was answered quickly by Seneca Harris who provided very helpful information; he also coordinated with secon My first inquiry online about a 2010 Prius was answered quickly by Seneca Harris who provided very helpful information; he also coordinated with second salesperson for my visit to the dealership the next day. The second salesperson, Bill Oakes, allowed plenty of time for two test drives of two cars, and checked on a third when I inquired about it. He also allowed me plenty of time to sit in the car I was more interested in to test out all the ways to adjust seating, and he introduced me to a number of other controls and programming choices in the car. Throughout, he entertained with humorous stories which definitely led to an increased positive mood. But, when I wanted to focus on the car, there was no issue with moving off a story and answering my questions. This salesperson did not rush me, staying almost two hours past closing to answer all my questions. I had to put a hold on the car to arrange financing, and everyone involved in this aspect was friendly and accommodating when I had to delay a day. They also agreed to pull out one small circle dent and touch up very minor dirt and tiny marks. When I came to pick up the car, my first salesperson, Seneca Harris, greeted me with a sparkling, newly washed car that also had a full tank of gas. And all the body work had been done. Then Mr. Harris took his time showing me all the controls with even more detail than during my test drives--he showed everything to get me road ready and to help me fully utilize all the features; he was an excellent teacher--crystal clear, to the point, and also answering with a sixth sense about what I would want to know about choices in various options. He showed me how to use every feature, helped me program my phone with bluetooth, and illustrated the destination programming by helping me input my home address. It's also true that his sharing a story or two humanized our transaction. Overall, he was personable, upbeat, and professional. My experience supports the excellent ratings this dealership takes pride in receiving. I do have two aspects of my experience I wish had been different. One was getting extended pressure to buy an extended warranty from the finance manager. The second was the salespersons' refusal to come down even a mere $500 in price. The dealership does price fairly competitively which probably helps to explain their record sales, but the higher mileage on this used car warranted some give on the sale price. A small reduction would help a buyer feel a bit more invested and in control of the intense sales transaction--leading to an unqualified outstanding experience rather than a generally excellent experience marred by these two aspects. I still wish to end by applauding once again Mr. Oaks and Mr. Harris who, showing me respect and attentive care, won my confidence and secured a successful purchase. More

I would definitely recommend him to anyone, he's a great guy and you can tell he's a people's person. He made no pressure to buy any cars, yet was very informed about the technology which made the experience good because buying cars, especially new ones, can be a very stressful situation. He is very honest, we got the best deal that we could get for the car we purchased. Not only did he do a good job at helping us choose a car, he covered everything from that point on as well. When we went for a test drive he showed me how to use every single aspect of the car, informed me of new technology the car had, and pretty much covered everything. Overall, his well-informed, honest, sociable personality made the car experience the best it could be - I'd call it very quality customer service and am very impressed! Good job. If my family ever needs to buy a car (and of course we are loyal Toyota buyers), we will always go back to him. More

After meeting Derrick, I decided to take a second look at used vehicles. Derrick was honest and answered my questions. If there was something he didn't know, he didn't guess at an answer and promised to get one. That's impressive. Derrick showed me a car that matched my preferences, but not my price. I told him I'd have to think about it, and he gave me his business card. I left and did some more online shopping. Derrick's no-pressure sales approach impressed me so much that when I found a vehicle that met both my needs and price, I called Derrick and returned to the dealership. Derrick met me at the door, showed me the vehicle, and we went for a test drive. Mawutor Adamaley finalizing the paperwork and I drove off in my new vehicle. We weren't sure if we were going to buy a car that day but we ended up buying the car we were looking for along with a very good deal, Sienna 2014, and were very much pleased with the entire process thanks to George. He was very helpful every step of the way and he definitely made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Excellent buying experience and would recommend him to anyone. He went out of his way to meet our requirements and negotiated in good faith. As a result we bought the Prius and a Prius V together. Then I wasn't completely happy with the Prius as it was equipped and after 3 days I brought it back and Josh very good naturedly swapped it for a better equipped Prius with the cost of the difference between the two MSRP's which was an extremely reasonable solution. Josh was completely relaxed and patient as we made our selections. He applied no pressure to buy and let us reach our own conclusions. Josh did an excellent job and I would strongly recommend him to any of our friends and family. Josh is a true professional. Sam Robles handled the finance and paper work process. He too was exemplary. He made the process painless and was very patient. He is extremely competent, knows exactly what he is doing. Koons is very lucky to have Sam. More
Purchasing new Sienna We came at 8:30 PM for just a test drive before buying Sienna later on. We knew the model and all options that we needed. George made it so simple and easy - no pressure at all. We liked the car and decided to buy it. In spite of being late (we decided to buy the car at 9:30 PM) George arrange all for us and stayed overtime. The total time we spend there from the entering the dealership, having 2 test drives and driving back home in a new car was 2.5 hours. It was very convenient and easy.
