Alejandro has to be one of the hardest-working, most friendly salesmen around. The worst experience ever. And I am the kind of person who like to do business simple and quickly. This was going to be my 10th vehicle. I was trying to buy a 2013 Toyota 4Runner from Koons on 02/01 who like to do business simple and quickly. This was going to be my 10th vehicle. I was trying to buy a 2013 Toyota 4Runner from Koons on 02/01/13 with 18,121 miles on it. I setup an appointment with the salesperson, got there 10 minutes before the time, and had to wait because the salesperson was still busy with another customer, in the meantime Tony Ginder, "manager" told me that the SUV had been sold to another dealer, but maybe he could revert the transaction for me, after 30 minutes waiting, the salesperson help me and took me for a test drive, everything went well, I was agree to purchase the SUV and while filling all the papers, other two salespeople approach trying to get the truck sold to other customers, I got upset and they told me I was the first one on the list but we have to move quickly, then they checked my trade-in, the amount was approved by me, the salesperson, Toney Jeder, went to help other appointment he had in the meantime the credit department processed my application, later on, my salesperson told me they lost the papers and I have to fill out everything again, really???, I arrived at 11:50AM and it was already 3:45PM. I told them I had to be at work by 5PM but they didn't finish everything until 4:15pm to then send me the person to offer the extended warranties, I reject this person and offer to provide a security deposit and come back later in the evening after work. They told me we can't hold cars but you can call us after work to see what happened. A lady (manager) told me that they couldn't get everything done in 15 minutes, when I already spend more than 4 hours waiting. Around 8PM I got a phone call telling me that they sold the truck 2 hours after I left the dealership. This had been the worst experience trying to buy a vehicle. On Nov. 2011 I even purchased one in South Dakota, sending a security deposit to hold the car while I was flying to get there and pick up the vehicle. My style usually is to go, test drive the car, if I like it, I BUY IT. No games around. With Koons I was feeling like in an auction with a long wait to don't get anything at the end. After this HORRIBLE experience, and getting an email from Tony offering me other cars to buy, I gave my business to THOMPSON TOYOTA, purchasing a BRAND NEW 2013 Toyora 4Runner SR5 with even more options than the one from Koons, back-up camera, sunroof, floor mats, sport fabric seats, etc. It only took TWO HOURS to close the deal. Happy Dealer, Happy Customer!!! I will never ever check the Koons website, because their WOW prices are great, but the problem is to get a car from them. Be careful how they WOW you. They WOW me away from them for the rest of my life. Thank Koons, for opening my eyes to end buying a brand new one, instead of the used one you "had" in your lot. Unfortunately I can't attach a picture of myself with my new SUV in front of THOMPSON TOYOTA., if not I WILL FOR SURE. More
