We visited Tysons Koons Toyota there last 2/27/2014, we have been to other Toyota dealers but this visit was a very pleasant experience. We are extremely satisfied with his service, in fact I called various Toyota Dealerships for new Camry, but came to your dealership after talking to Hasan on phone. Even after the sale of the car I went there to talk to finance and he helped me all the way to connect to finance and even followed up the next day to find out if my issue is solved, he took me to service center as well to follow up on the floor mates etc. Sales Person like Hassan is an asset to Toyota Koons and am very positive that he will bring lot of business to the dealership. He is good front face to the dealership. To Hassan Usmani I would give 10/10 on all aspects. Overall the environment is very good at the dealership, all the staff is very friendly and cooperative. Chance and Adam are the best. Although I went in nervous with my anxiety showing, they were super friendly and helped me calm my nerves. I went in with no intention of purchasing the car I saw online, I just wanted estimates and to see the deals they offered. They beat out my bank loans, and carmax deals. They seriously are the best. I went alone and when dealt with Chance and Adam it was like I was buying a car with friends. More

This was our first new car purchase and our families have been driving Toyota's for decades. Koon's in Tysons corner was the 3rd dealership we visited and we instantly pleased upon arriving. Sean instantly dropped what he was doing to help us decide between several vehicles. He was humble, polite, and extremely helpful. As he helped us with the vehicle we wanted, Ricky consistently checked in to make sure the deal was progressing comfortably and was a helpful communication tool for us as well as Sean. Finally, Tonci walked us through the financials, explaining everything very distinctly and made us feel truly valued. All three people that helped us that day worked as a successful team and made this an amazing car buying experience. We feel valued, are happy with the deal we received, and love the lack of pressure and hostile sales tactics here that we experienced at other dealerships.
