Bought my first car in June from Leo with no issues and great service I took it for service it's first service in November at Koons. While servicing it an unfortunate accident happened with the car. I live in Maryland and recently began searching the Internet from Pennsylvania to North Carolina for the lowest priced used Certified Toyota Camry with less than 60,000 miles. I then began my search for the Automobile Salesman that I wanted to work with at the Dealership. After reviewing DealerRater.com and a couple of other web sites, I selected Toney Jeter. Once again, this process worked out very well for me. I called and set up an appointment with Toney and quickly learned that he is a total professional. He is very knowledgeable about the Toyota products. I bombarded him with questions. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions enthusiastically. He was upfront with all of the information that the Dealership had on the used Certified Toyota Camry that I purchased. We did not have to play any games. I also want to give some kudos to Temor Sharifi, who is the Finance Manager that I dealt with. Temor was very friendly and professional while discussing the financing and warranty products offered by Koons Toyota without being pushy. I was WOWED by the combination of the price, appearance and condition of my Certified Toyota Camry. The mandatory $499.00 processing fee took away some of the WOW, but overall my car buying experience was a Great experience. I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted. My color combination was hard to find, but they had it on the lot. I didn't plan to buy a car that day, but I knew I wouldn't find any better. Kader was with me every step of the process- he even cleaned out the loose change in the cup holder of my trade in for me without even asking! They try to keep in touch with the customer even after sale. They send you a birthday card on your birthday. I know it’s not that big a deal for some people. But it was for me.
