As a recent college graduate, I was very excited to purchase my own car for the first time. Going into the process, I was nervous because I was unexperienced with the process. Manuel was very informative when showing me the car and its features, however at no point did I feel like he was pressuring me or try to force me into a premature decision or deal. Manuel and Josh worked with me to get the best deal possible, far surpassing anything other dealerships could offer. The paperwork and purchasing process were well explained and I was able to complete them easily. Since my purchase, Manuel has followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything with the car is functioning smoothly and that I was pleased with my purchase. As my sales consultant, he was very thorough and engaged throughout the process, from demonstrating how the emergency trunk release works to give me a tour of the Car Care Center. I love my new Corolla and would definitely suggest Koon's Tysons to anyone! More

Figured I'd at least take a test drive and sit down to discuss price, options and positives of Toyotas. He was up front and honest about final price and no pressure about buying new vs. used. I decided on a new truck which was at their other dealership in Easton, MD so he got the ball rolling, delivered it on-time and the final purchase visit was quick easy and I got on my way with the new truck a few days later. Best eperience I've ever had buying a new vehicle and I've bought several the past few years. I'd recommend others to see Koons before the others around town which were much less forth coming with info unless I came in person first. More

After spending more than a week dealing with car buyer service dealers, and getting great prices, my wife and I decided to check local Toyota dealerships (including Koons Toyota Tysons Corner, VA) before heading to Richmond, VA (100 miles from home) to pick-up the Toyota (almost) that we wanted. Within minutes of starting to look over the many Highlander models lined-up in the large Koons Toyota front lot, the absolute greatest "Car Salesman" I've ever encounted (Phillip Clayman) approached us and immediately gained our trust with his positive, kind, and respectful attitude and demeaner. He quickly opened up numerous models for our inspection to compare, and provided a chance to conduct a test drive. Upon sitting down with Phillip in the showroom, he engaged me about the specific model we were looking for and quickly located that exact model "in available stock." Next, we turned to price, and to my overwhelming surprise (after consulting his manager (Andrew)) Phillip agreed to "meet" our "lowest car buyer service price." Done deal -- then, after agreeing to add the Platinum Extended Service Warranty for 8 Years/100,000 miles (because of all the computers and electronics in the Highlander Limited), via another great and respectful Koons representative (Alex Eslamipour), we drove the Silver/Ash Toyota V6 FWD Highlander Limited w/Navigation+ home the same day. In the past, our car buying experiences were always the worlds worst. But, this time around, Phillip, Andrew, Alex, and Tony at Koons Toyota Tysons Corner happily proved me wrong. Very rarely do you find a car consultant who's only interest is not to just sell you a car. Barrod Jones was knowlegeable in the his peoduct and empathetic to my situation. Shahzad "Sam" Jawaid is one of the best, most helpful, most knowledgable auto salesmen I've ever encountered. He found us a car that had just exactly the features we were looking for. Then, after we purchased the car he helped us to quickly and easily set up some of the car's features such as BlueTooth. My financing was handled by Miguel Sarria, and Miguel did a very good job of getting us through all the paperwork quickly, easily, and seamlessly. Ricky Jacobs, the Sales Manager who oversaw our transaction, was also very helpful and friendly from beginning to end, again without being in the least bit "pushy." All in all, it was a pleasure doing business with this group. As strange as it may sound, we almost feel like "family" now with the members of the Koons sales team we worked with. Sam gave us his cell phone number and encouraged us to call him with any after-purchase questions we have about the car we bought, and I believe he really meant it sincerely. Moreover, I'm confident Sam would be able to answer our questions quickly and correctly. By the way, we were sufficiently pleased with the Koons sales team that before we completed this rating we phoned the dealership to be sure that we had the names all spelled correctly.
