I ended up agreeing to lease a new car while on that long drive to a weekend business meeting and, after the weekend, went to the dealership to get it on Monday evening. The car was there and ready, the paperwork was pre-prepared and ready for signing, informative and helpful staff sat in the car with me to show me new features, and every aspect of that one and only visit to acquire the car went quickly and pleasantly, including the return of the prior leased car. All in all, the dealership was as helpful, responsive, convenient, and professional as could be. More

A relationship has been established and its nice to take your car in for service and the folks that work there greet you by name and know you as a repeat customer. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I had to take my car in for regular maintenance last month (oil change, routine check up) and the mechanic made some recommendations. I needed brakes and some new filters. Aria explained the recommendations to me (as always) and let me know what I needed, to ensure I had safe and reliable transportation. I was able to catch a shuttle to my place of employment while my car was being serviced. The repairs were done in a timely manner and I was on the road again before the end of my business day. I contacted the dealership about getting a ride to pick up my car when it was ready and it was not a problem. I feel like on any given day, I am the only customer there, based on how attentive Aria is to my needs. The customer service even extended to washing my car for me! Great customer service at this dealership!!! Aria is always flexible in accomodating my schedule for service. On a scale on 1 - 10, I would rate Aria a 15!! His customer service is extraordinary. This was the fourth dealership we had visited to replace my still-functional but aging 1997 Subaru Outback AWD wagon. I needed AWD to get up our hill in winter. I had actually come down to a Honda CR-V o my still-functional but aging 1997 Subaru Outback AWD wagon. I needed AWD to get up our hill in winter. I had actually come down to a Honda CR-V or a Toyota RAV4 during a visit to CarMax (Dulles). Had I taken better notes, I could have made up my mind then. While the saleman spent about 3 hours with us, it was mostly outside. Inside the showroom, we sat in about 3 different cubicles talking about vehicles and finance. CarMax seemed hectic and my wife and I do not like to settle deals in a hectic atmosphere. We went to Koons Tysons Toyota partly because my wife bought and maintains her Highlander there. Koons won our business because they READ our email carefully as to what we were looking for (used AWD <30K mi <$20K, white or light color) and had suitable cars ready to show us. They also mirrored back what they understood during our discussions to confirm we stayed on the same page. Communication was excellent, *****. I picked the Honda because of driving feel. I actually had a deal lined up on a Sunday with Springfield Toyota and because I was unwilling to miss my daughters soccer game and wait for their processing person I got attitude from the sales manager. I had called Koons randomly the day before to ask about the pricing premium on the Prius and Clyde was a great help. So when Springfield let me down I called and he lined everything up over the phone. It was 2:30PM on a Sunday and I signed for the car around 6:00PM, after the game! The whole deal took about thirty minutes which was perfect. Just bought another vehicle which he delivered to my office this morning and had another great experience. Definitely ask for Clyde! More
