I scheduled an appointment to meet with the sales rep who had answered some email questions of mine. I gave him my model and vin ahead of time so that he could have the paperwork drawn up. It was a lease buyout, and I walked in with financing, so this should not have been a difficult process. It was a nightmare. He made me wait while he tried to gather the papers, not seeming to know how to complete the transaction, and then padded the sales number by $500 for no discernible reason. I noticed the problem when I finally was able to sit down with the financing guy- who did do wonders and got me an even better rate, so good on him- but as I crunched the numbers, I confronted them on the $500 pad. The salesman tried to explain it away by saying that it's a buyout fee. It's not on my lease. So I said fine, I'll pay it if you make it a line-item on the finance sheet (they were trying to make it the starting purchase price). Both the finance guy and the salesman left the room, but not before the salesman tried to get the finance guy to agree that it's just a "buyout fee" and that I had already agreed to the number. They walked out and a manager walked in, one-lined the salesman's "mistake," and gave a quick apology before running out the door. I could hear him yelling at his guys to "close the deal." what a scam. I got a reasonable deal on my car but only after 3 hours and their attempt to take me for a ride. stay away from this place if you can help it. More
I purchased Camry here. Also I ordered factory-style navigation for my car. Due to my sales-person it was installed surprisingly very quickly - in just a couple of weeks after I payed for it! I think any other dealer would do it within a month or two! But not in case of Koons Tysons Toyota and Charlie London!!! Just imagine! You buy 2009 Toyota Camry, pay for factory navigation, wait for as low as two weeks and bingo! You've got factory navigation 2011! With SD-card (WOW!) and USB on it (which 2009 model doesn't have as Charlie said)! Unbelievable? Yes! But the dreams come true in Koons Tysons Toyota (at least if your sales-person is Charlie London). So if you're in doubt about which dealer to choose - don't wait! Call Koons Tysons Toyota right now! And ask Charlie London if it's possible and everything will be OK. Great job guys! I'd like to buy one more car from you (that blue Avalon with nav and all other options) but I'm afraid I cannot afford it right now :( Thanks for cooperation! More

Bought a new 2011 Highlander and found that the "selling" experience was outstanding. Louis Castillo was straight forward, direct, and most of all No jerking around. From my "local" Toyota Dealership (only 3 miles from my home) with my last Highlander purchase, what was promised me was NEVER fully given and I vowed never to go back to that place. I can recommend Koons on the sales side without hesitation. Stay tuned for the review after my first service. The new car owner shop review and meet-and-greet with the mechanics was really a nice touch. Got all my questions answered by qualified mechanics from the basic inquiries to technical questions about transmissions etc. We'll see if actual service is just as great (which I expect it to be!). I have gone to alot of different Toyota dealers throughout the years, but nothing can compare to the service I receive from Koons Toyota in Tysons and from Pete Onderchain. We are now at cars #4 and #5 serviced by this dealership (a 2003 and a 2007 4Runner V8 limited). We can't say enough good things about Chuck and his crew. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and it seems they take pride in their dealership. When I received my vehicle, they had replaced the wipers, topped off the fluids and washed my truck at no extra charge. This was by far the best experience I have had at any dealership. I feel that Jeff, and Koons Tyson Toyota care about their customers, are honest, have fair prices, and do not pressure sell. I am very pleased! More
