I also wanted to tell someone that I had twice asked Koons by email for a quote for the tires and did not receive a response. When I mentioned this to the lady by the door, she suggested I speak to Chuck Watts. (I am sorry I did not get her name but she was on duty at about 8:45 AM today 16 May) Chuck had someone in his office but immediately gave me his attention. When I explained about the lack of response to my emails he was very understanding and helpful. He immediately took me to Aria Moshrefi. Aria did an absolutely outstanding job. He quickly gave me a quote better than the competitor and assured me I could get the work done today if I got the car in by 4 PM. Unfortunately I was not able to get the car back by 4 PM but when I arrived at 4:45 Aria was there to help. He was also still on duty at about 8 PM when I returned to pick up my car. I cannot speak highly enough about his knowledge and his helpful attitude. I could not have asked for better service. His type of service is unfortunately somewhat rare today but he made my day. And the finance guy (I didn't get his card, so that's why I'm more vague) was very nice and NOT PUSHY--that really turns us off (pushy people), and answered our questions patiently and gave us several scenarios (amounts, etc.). So everyone was nice, and I wouldn't hesitate to return there if there's another vehicle we're interested in the future. More
