Excellent experience - called and spoke to a sales representative, Win prior to going to the dealership. Arrived to the car I was interested in parked out front, ready for a test drive. Mohammad rode with me and provided all sorts of information I wouldn’t have even thought of to ask that was very helpful. Car buying process was fantastic. Trade in value for former auto was reasonable and the valuation was quickly done. Good deal, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good Toyota financing and rate. Mohammad I helped to ensure everything was moved over from my trade in to my new car, even supplying new adhesives for my EZ Pass. He thoroughly explained how to find and function all parts of the new car and the Toyota app before I left, and followed up a couple of days later to make sure all was well. I’ve had some unfortunate experiences at other dealerships, and so it matters to me who I buy from. I would highly recommend Koons Toyota in Tysons, and based on past experiences, would say that likely all Koons dealerships are a good option. More
