I'm giving two stars instead of one because I can't actually prove that it was a bait and switch situation. Maybe all three of a specific car did sell in one night during a minor snow storm and maybe t actually prove that it was a bait and switch situation. Maybe all three of a specific car did sell in one night during a minor snow storm and maybe the salesman really didn't find out until I had already driven 2 hours for a scheduled test drive the next morning. Best case it was very bad customer service, worst case it was pretty shady. More than 84 hours after the car in question was sold it is still posted on the dealers website. Along with our backup car that was also sold (same year, make, model and trim). Seeing this I emailed today and got a response saying that I could buy the car today... When would I like to stop by? SKETCHY. More
