Win said I would get a working key fob this coming Saturday. I’m not sure why I have to wait but ok. I’ve purchased 3 cars before this one and never did I have a problem like this. Should a customer be expected to accept a defective key fob? I paid a considerable amount for this car and as I’ve had a chance to research the fail market cost it was considerably higher then others so I don’t understand what the problem is giving me what I paid for, a functional key fob. Not sure what more there is to say and where will that help the current situation? I’ll consider it and accept a call from you if there is a point in calling like I don’t have to wait until this coming Saturday. Stephen 240-535-2409.
