I waited 2. 5 hours before my car was service. At one time my keys were lost and then Found. At the end, they did not charge me for the services. One week later, 5 hours before my car was service. At one time my keys were lost and then Found. At the end, they did not charge me for the services. One week later, I noticed the fluids were not full and my car tire was completely flattened. The two minor tasks, I asked them to review. Yes, they should have not have charged me for not performing any services. They should have paid me for holding me there for 2.5 hours. Never going back! Ordinarily I get fine service here, and I hold a service contract , but on my last visit where I was getting routine service, I was told as I was waiting that The tech recommended ventilation service, in wh contract , but on my last visit where I was getting routine service, I was told as I was waiting that The tech recommended ventilation service, in which he would replace the cabin filter and deodorize and disinfect the ventilation system. The price would be 148.75. I'm not sure what it would take to disinfect the ventilation system, or even if that was necessary, but I do know that changing the cabin filter is nothing. In fact I bought a cabin filter and replaced it myself. The part was $12 and change, and it took me 2 minutes and 11 seconds to change the filter. (Yes, I used a stopwatch) I am not an experienced mechanic, and I had never changed a cabin filter before, so I'm guessing that they could have done it in half that time. Regardless, I don't think there's any question that they were trying to gouge me. Pleasant and polite as they are, I really resent that attempt to pick my pocket. More
