I wish I had read these reviews before I took my car here. I had an emergency and needed to have my car towed to the closest dealer. Unfortunately, my experience here has made me never want to bother here. I had an emergency and needed to have my car towed to the closest dealer. I believe Jose my service provider was a liar and tried to play on my ignorance of cars to get more money out of me. Dealing with Krystle the CRM was a waste of time. Her customer service skills were just as bad as the service provider's. Stop letting this place treat you like crap. If it wasn't for the consumer, they would not be in business. If you have had an unresolved issue with them contact Virginia's State Attorney General to make a complaint. The form can be found here oag.state.va.us/consumer…. The form is very easy to fill out. Also, write Toyota Corporate Office to let them know about how this business treat their customers. Boycott them as well. Let all your friends, strangers, co-workers and family members know to steer clear away from this place. My regular dealership has been working on my car since I purchased it 8 years ago. I have never had an issue with my car after they completed a service on it. If you are someone especially a woman who has very little knowledge about car maintenance, please take someone with you who does if you have to frequent this awful service department. Businesses like this should not be able to function with impunity. They are not being held accountable that is why the service providers are rude and act like they are doing you a favor when you are the one paying them for a service. I am going to keep writing and reaching out for assistance to let this place know you can't play with people and their money. More

The first time I got my oil changed all the loose change in my car was stolen. The 2nd time the customer service person tried to make me pay for something and lied about calling Wheels to pay for it.
