Credit for this stress-free and no pressure purchase was due to the sales consultant, Adil Zaman, who assisted my husband and me in the purchase of 2023 Toyota Camry. Adil is a true professional; he is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He has an engaging personality and is an excellent listener who answered all our questions about the vehicle. Thank you, Adil, for your invaluable assistance. Thanks also to sales manager, Bajram Ramadani, for ensuring that our purchase of the vehicle went smoothly. And finally, a thank you to Milan for making us feel comfortable with the operation of the vehicle. His knowledge of automobile technology is vast, and he imparted some of his wisdom on us. Update: Do not buy Toyota vehicles at all. The wiring in the vehicles are made of soy, which attracts rodents to chew through the wiring of the vehicle. I took my new Toyota Tacoma camping ONE The wiring in the vehicles are made of soy, which attracts rodents to chew through the wiring of the vehicle. I took my new Toyota Tacoma camping ONE TIME and a few days later, the soy wires were chewed through and my car wouldnt work. My truck has 4,008 miles on it and after talking to Koons Toyota, they would not pay to fix the problem with the faulty wiring, and will not pay to mitigate this issue in the future. I am beyond disappointed in the service of this dealer and how they run a company. This scam is likely a huge money maker for Toyota and this needs to be addressed.
