Excellent service during a complicated move. Mayur had been recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint. We had been warned of supply chain issues and lack of vehicles nationwide but Mayur Mayur had been recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint. We had been warned of supply chain issues and lack of vehicles nationwide but Mayur was fantastic. We managed to get exactly what we wanted and he even delivered one of the cars to our home. He took the time to explain all the features of both cars and has been extremely helpful and available. Fares in financing was excellent and helpful as well. We highly recommend Koons Tyson’s Toyota. Horrible customer service. The sale Rep was completely disrespectful by calling me the first initial of my name as if he knew me or it was cool. (He didn't mean any harm, but what makes him think he can do that?) Alot more can be said about this but i'll leave it there. One of the managers, Purcell Johnson made a promise to call me, and of course he never did. The so-called General Manager (Amar Rana) sent me an email asking about my experience, when I expressed my concern, they did not call back or respond back, instead they sent me some standard email saying i've received $750 towards a purchase. I DONT CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THAT!. Needless to say, they sold the vehicle I was going to pay cash for, no one contacted me, including the sales rep-(Edward Arhinful), who assured me he would call me. HEED THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT SAY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS NOT ALWAYS JUST ABOUT THE SALE KOONS..... I still have their business cards because I want to give it back to them personally. I don't want to put them in my trash. More
