He sent me the nicest intro video, so I would know with whom I was meeting. He answered my endless questions, was extremely respectful, and really seemed intent on getting me exactly what I wanted at a price that I was comfortable with. His counterpart Gabriel in Finance was also attentive and both were sensitive to my tight schedule.
