Incompetent, disorganized and dishonest. The latest in a series of screw-ups -- they charged me to register the vehicle they sold me in Vermont, where I live. Then they forgot to register it. That was two m series of screw-ups -- they charged me to register the vehicle they sold me in Vermont, where I live. Then they forgot to register it. That was two months ago. Now they tell me they won't refund the money paid, including sales taxes, unless I provide impossible to get documentation. When I bought the car, I offered full price. They then added $2400 in bogus fees. When I pointed out that that was dishonest and probably illegal, they reduce the fees to $900. Then they lost one of the two keys that came with the car. To get a replacement, they told me I had to drive 4 hours. I ended up making a deal with the dealer's locksmith to get two extra pairs and pay for one of them. Everything that should be simple is difficult. Nothing is what it seems to be with these people. More
