very helpful and accommodating i was second guessing to get another lease with toyota since our former contact dealer is no longer with toyota. we were referred to Sam when we got t i was second guessing to get another lease with toyota since our former contact dealer is no longer with toyota. we were referred to Sam when we got there. he was very accomodating! he had great inputs on the vehicles as well that helped me decide on what to get. not only that, i had so much stuffs on my trunk that he did not hesitate to transfer over to my leased car. he was very nice and helpful that we felt at ease with him. glad to have found Sam! Confusion, and Lack of Response I went in to look at a couple used cars yesterday while shopping for a car for my son. Their cars seemed to be in generally good condition and there I went in to look at a couple used cars yesterday while shopping for a car for my son. Their cars seemed to be in generally good condition and there was a pretty good selection. I found both the cars I was looking for and went into the office to ask to see them. Sales Consultant Riad Abuelhawa kindly showed me both vehicles. I was interested in a Mazda, but needed to look at a few others before making an offer. Later that day I emailed Riad with an offer on the vehicle I liked. Koons had the vehicle priced at full retail once they added in the $599 processing fee. I offered somewhat less (between private party, and full retail), hoping for an answer. At 6:30 p.m. that evening, just as the Super Bowl was kicking off, I received a call from a sales manager. He said Riad had told him I had questions about a Toyota. I told him I was not interested in a Toyota, and it was a bad time to talk. I asked him to email me with an answer to my offer. He replied that he would call me back tomorrow and hung up. So, not a great experience for me, but they did have a good selection of cars if you are interested in paying at a high retail, no haggle price. I wasn't, and end up buying somewhere else. More

Above and beyond! I had what I thought was a simple need to fix a thermostat issue.
