Aria M. in the service department was great! I drive a 2001 Toyota Tundra - just moved from NYC to VA. I had taken it to a local shop in Burke, VA to have it looked at due to some issues I was I drive a 2001 Toyota Tundra - just moved from NYC to VA. I went to Koons & saw Aria at the recommendation of my parents who swear by him and the problem was solved at almost half the price than the local shop. Aria kept me informed throughout the process and I believe I got a great service at a fair price. Will definitely go back. More

Since the dealership was close by, I drove in, and even though it was close to closing time, John Boehm took the time to check things out. I was impressed and very grateful that he went above and beyond to ensure the car was safe to drive away. Today was my car's appointment. The service was done professionally as promised. The service manager, John Boehm answered my questions courteously. There were beverages and pastries available as well as TV, wifi for customers to enjoy while waiting for their vehicles. Although I did not use it this visit, there is also a courtesy shuttle. Very pleased with the whole experience. More

Outstanding service this morning I had a great service this morning with the help of Mr. James Case, the attendant outside and the cashier.
