I had done some research on their website and I think I got a fair price on a certified Camry and Bill Oakes made the experience relatively painless. I had done some research on their website and saw they had a good number of late model Camrys with lower mileage. Bill e-mailed me back and also followed with a phone call indicating he had paid attention to my inquiries. When I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday, there was no pressure as I looked around at the cars. When I was ready for a test drive, I looked for Bill and he promptly arranged for the test drive. When I decided to go ahead and buy the car, he walked me through most of the paperwork and process without too much fuss. The only glitch was that, since they were so busy, the original paperwork had a different customer and different car listed. When I pointed it out to Bill, he apologized and quickly corrected the paperwork. Even though I was paying cash, I had to meet with a finance representative (Sam Robles) who did pitch the up-sell add-ons, which I declined and was not hassled for doing so. I think I arrived shortly before noon, and was out of there around 2 with my car. So far, no complaints with the vehicle, though it's only been a few days. More

The guy was chill and laid-back (which I like) but very knowledgeable to my concerns, he then called his sales manager, Ricky, who gave me the price that I want. The finance manager, Johnny, made the whole financing experience a breeze. I believe he's an asset to Koons and deserves more recognition. All in all, the whole car buying experience was phenomenal and would recommend everyone to consider this dealership. More power! More
More kudos for Koons Following up on previous review last month...not only has the RAV4 Limited hybrid turned out to be an even better vehicle than expected, but to top of Following up on previous review last month...not only has the RAV4 Limited hybrid turned out to be an even better vehicle than expected, but to top off an already superb deal saving us $5k over our local dealers, about 3 weeks after our purchase, we received an email from Megan Alford at Koons indicating they had overestimated our taxes/fees (we purchased from out of state), and thus were sending us a refund of well over $400! I couldn't believe a dealer would display such honesty and integrity with an out of state customer who might never return, especially given that we were unaware and the refund was entirely unsolicited; we'd have never known the difference if they'd kept it. Though I admittedly doubted we would actually see it, a few days later, a check arrived from Koons exactly as promised...unbelievable customer service. Even though I had to fly HSV to DCA and drive back 800 miles to purchase this vehicle, I'll do the same again for our next vehicle to deal with these folks! More

Courteous Employees. Fast Service. Easy check in & out. Deuce was great! Drove up, checked right in and 20K service was done in about an hour (less time than expected as they were very busy this morning). F Deuce was great! Friendly lady came into the customer lounge every hour to answer any questions about wait time or vehicle status. Free coffee and wifi and a comfy (but a little chilly) customer lounge. Deuce told me about the ability to extend my Toyota Care which I plan to do on my next visit. Thanks, Koons!! More
