My name is Doris Terry, a senior citizen and dedicated customer over 20 years. I am accustomed to the service rep reaching out to me and letting me know what's going on with my car. This was not done. I was always just told we are in the process of diagnosis. This "diagnosis" over a week included brakes and missing light bulbs and I never found out about my "defective" control module. All of the time there involved diagnosis and on the last day I received an estimate of over $ 2000 plus tax. I must say the valet service is superb, however the service reps need to understand about effective communication and being straightforward with all customers.
