Worst sales experience ever!!! I bought a Ford ST Explorer from this dealership black Friday. It was sold to me by Lyndsey Stowell. What a horrible sales experience. The vehicle had to be jump-st Explorer from this dealership black Friday. It was sold to me by Lyndsey Stowell. What a horrible sales experience. The vehicle had to be jump-started and left to run for 30 minutes. The car was sold to me dirty and she never went over the vehicle with me. Sent me a picture which was how to download the ford app. I told me to google it. They were giving away Yeti coolers that day when you bought one of the vehicles off the lot. I got an empty box! No cooler inside. My vehicle has been in the shop twice now since I have bought it from that dealership. Both times it had to be towed in. I called and asked over 65 times to speak to someone at Cowles sales to fix my issues but never get any calls back from this dealership. Poor customer service. I bought 5 other vehicles from them in the past but this was the worst experience I ever had. Buying a vehicle should be fun and you should leave excited. Neither one of those things happen. My salesperson went on and on how she almost died trying to jump-start a vehicle and that she is going to school for the skin. I tried before I left after buying my vehicle to have her show me the car, but she stated it is black Friday and I need to make my sales and I have another customer at my desk. I didn't even want her to sell me another vehicle. The last one she pushed on me was horrible. I was there to see another salesperson but she took the sale from him. More

Brought my car in for an overdue service and was taken well care of. Initially car wasn't seen due to a Service Writer quitting that day, but they gave me a loaner till my car was done and kept me updated well care of. Service Work on 2008 Escape I brought in my 2008 Escape for Oil Change but also noted we had an odd sound & that the tire pressure sensor was on. They found that both from wheel I brought in my 2008 Escape for Oil Change but also noted we had an odd sound & that the tire pressure sensor was on. They found that both from wheel bearings needed to be replaced and also that my brakes needed to be replaced as well as the two front tier pressure sensors. Major work but they were right on it finding the problems and continued to keep me abreast of the work during the day and finished the work in one day. Matt McCoy went out of his way to help me with the cost in any way he could, keeping me posted on what was happening and was beyond courteous. I hope that he continues to be our rep at Cowles Ford. He is vey much a cut above. More
