Somehow, my taillight of my new F-150 had been broken. I went to the Cowles’s part department and the woman behind the desk, assured me the part was available. She asked me to go to the service department went to the Cowles’s part department and the woman behind the desk, assured me the part was available. She asked me to go to the service department and schedule a repair. I went over to the manager of the service department and he said bring the truck around and it would be fixed immediately. I did and less than 30 minutes later it was fixed along with a multi-point inspection. I couldn’t believe it had been repaired so quickly. More

Fleet service My name is Ron Keller and I am a shop manger with Ruppert landscape, I have a fleet of 15 F450 at this location, I have always relied on Cowles Ford t My name is Ron Keller and I am a shop manger with Ruppert landscape, I have a fleet of 15 F450 at this location, I have always relied on Cowles Ford to help me maintain my fleet in top working order over the last 18 years with this company and anther landscape company, They have never let me down, They do what they say they are going to do and and have them back to me in a timely manner.I never have had any reworks, it is fixed right the first time .Robert Steele is a big asset to helping me maintain my fleet, He always checks on any TBS and recalls without me asking and he always lets me know what is going on with my fleet. More
Used to be better Since the personnel turned over in the service department I don't have the confidence that I'm being advised fairly about work that needs to be done o Since the personnel turned over in the service department I don't have the confidence that I'm being advised fairly about work that needs to be done on my car. My car failed inspection last Saturday and I was oversold about what needed to be replaced. When I came in the following Thursday for the necessary repairs, Michael who was wonderful and very helpful to me, straightened out the issue and only ordered what the car needed and not what the guy on Saturday tried to get me to agree to. Another issue is trying to get someone on the phone when you call in. I had to call 4 or 5 times for a shuttle ride after getting voicemail or being transferred by a disinterested receptionist. When paying the bill I noticed that they tried to charge me again for inspection which I caught before I paid. More
Did not do the work I paid for I dropped my F150 off on a scheduled Friday 6 September 2019 @0930 appointment for a "Works" oil change/tire rotation, inspection package. I also ask I dropped my F150 off on a scheduled Friday 6 September 2019 @0930 appointment for a "Works" oil change/tire rotation, inspection package. I also asked them to check my TPS system as my tire pressure warning comes on after 30-45 minutes of driving. I told them I would pick it up Saturday morning. When I called Saturday morning to see what they found on the TPS so I could plan for the expense, I found out they had not even started on the truck yet! They were unable to find anything with my TPS system and said they "retrained" it. Tonight the warning came on as soon as I started the truck. Cannot complain about that though since they did not bill me for that. My concern is that the tires WERE NOT rotated, and that was fairly obvious. There are marks on the sidewalls of the left tires where I got too close to a curb. The marks are in the exact same place!!! I paid for a tire rotation and oil change. Since it is obvious they did not rotate the tires and billed me for it, I have to wonder what else they claimed they did and then did not do. I think I will check my dipstick to make sure the oil at least was changed. Will not be going back there and will pursue legal action if anything happens to my engine. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of telling me they did something when clearly they did not!!! Unfortunately this is not the first time something like this has happened at Cowles Ford in Woodbridge, but it will definitely be the last. The paperwork only gave the name of the service manager, it does not give the name of the person that claims to have done the work. More
