My poor Crown Vic Poor communication from dealer for a safety recall for my headlights. I made appointment 2 weeks ahead, left car, was told at end of day that part not Poor communication from dealer for a safety recall for my headlights. Lights malfunctioned on way home, and steering not working when turning. I’m afraid the car is not safe to return to the dealer to have it evaluated. More

Robert the service writer was accommodating and knowledgeable. He explained the processes and how long the work would take. The technician, Tyler was an excellent source of knowledge; he very quickly discovered a worn tie-rod end. After replacing the tie rod end he aligned my vehicle. It rides great. And, goes down the highway like new! More

Found access cover barely on once and they left it off the second time. Didn’t rotate my tires causing premature were on a brand new vehicle with only 32k miles. Service manager told told me he disagrees, because tire cupping is primary sign of not rotating tires. Couldn’t be further from the truth. He either lied to my face, or doesn’t know the basics. I’ll let you decide. Can’t be trusted. Avoid at all costs. My problem continued despite me reminding them of the previous poor service before they even started. . Ford should revoke its contract with them permanently. More

He truly understands customer service and will work with his team to deliver the right results after the lack of leadership in the service department over the last six months to a year. This will also encourage me to purchase future vehicles from them - but only if the service continues to be good. More

Oil Change Process Too Slow The oil change process is too slow. I had a 0900 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived about 0845. Job to just over two hours. That's too slow. I can go to Jiffy Lube and be in an out in less than 20 minutes. What good is having an appointment if the technicians aren't going to begin work on the vehicle until well after the scheduled time? Other than the process taking too long, the service person that handled my service request was excellent, but management needs to figure out a way to provide faster service on routine maintenance orders. More
