My appointment was scheduled for 08:30 AM. I arrived at 08:35 AM and was checked in right away by s service person that was not the service person for my vehicle. Vehicle was returned to me with a dirty interior. What appeared to be grease or oil was observed all over the leather seat cover on the passenger side of the car. This condition did not exist befor What appeared to be grease or oil was observed all over the leather seat cover on the passenger side of the car. This condition did not exist before the car was serviced. They didn’t have the decency to clean up after a messy mechanic. Fortunately, I was able to remove the great off the seat covers and the no grease made it to the fabric of the seats. There is always something with this dealer! New ownership, same horrible customer experience!! More
