When we arrived to pick up the car and trade in the old car there were no surprises and they stuck to their word even with less than ideal weather conditions. We were very satisfied with the whole process. Joshua McClean, the Sales Manager, was our email contact, Michael Sheffield was the Sales person we dealt with at the hand off and I fail to remember the name of the person doing all the papers. All were very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Michael especially seemed to work hard to make the handoff go well and allay our Covid concerns. Work with them and they will work with you. Nice the the 5 year 60000 mile warranty with the first 5 oil changes included. Now they have an unlimited power train warranty as long as you own the car. This is to be used as a second car but has so much more than I thought we could get. My wife loves it. More
