The whole experience of buying a new car has always been something I have dreaded, (you always here other people’s horror stories). So when I walked into Korum I was already in defense mode. As soon as I met Jean I knew I could let my hair down and not feel intimidated. She was so kind and not pushy whatsoever! she spent extra time with me answering all of my questions and made sure that I was feeling 100% comfortable with my decision. She has a heart of gold and the greatest sense of humor! The manager Justin was also amazing, he worked with us for a while to make sure that I was 100% okay with my interest rate and payments per month, he answered all of my questions and even took the time to explain how interest rates work and what was going to be the best option for me to pay the car off quicker. Next we met Our finance guy, David. He was also such a joy! He went above and beyond with his explanations and he too made sure that I felt comfortable with all of my decisions before signing the dotted line. Not once did I ever feel “pushed” into making a choice nor did I feel intimidated, I am forever thankful for the whole crew I worked with at Korum Hyundai, thank you all for being so kind and helpful! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all the new hi-tech gadgetry (blind spot assist, lane assist, rear camera, moon roof, Bluelink, etc...) that comes with new vehicles nowadays. He never pressured me or offered me anything that I was not interested in. The buying process is much more streamlined and easier now too! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend going over to Korum Hyundai and asking for Joe Park, you won't be disappointed! More
