Best truck buying experience I found the truck advertised on the internet and emailed the dealership through their website. Megan contacted me within minutes to start the process I found the truck advertised on the internet and emailed the dealership through their website. Megan contacted me within minutes to start the process and had Brian call me to set an appointment up. The salesperson my wife and let with was Gregg who was very professional. I had done my research so I knew what the truck was worth and I knew the price listed was better than I could find here in the metroplex. I didn't have to haggle, I drove the truck and loved it. The only downside was the time it took to do the financing and was not the fault of the dealership or the finance person there are just so many pieces of paper to sign when you by a vehicle. If you want a good car buying experience do your research and go to Patterson. More

Followup from dealership was excellant, provided all the info I required before driving from Amarillo. Car was everything advertised. Salesman was no pressure sales smooth without gimmicks. Even left dealership for trip back to Amarillo with a full tank of gas.! More

Terrible sales experience. I literally gave them the specs and vehicle I wanted with a cash offer. Super easy sale. I told them to just make me an aggressive offer. 1st time I literally gave them the specs and vehicle I wanted with a cash offer. Super easy sale. I told them to just make me an aggressive offer. 1st time through he couldn't give me an offer until he saw the specs which I had sent to him via email AND they were sent through the ford website. They gave me an offer with the standard rebates back only (which didn't include the $4000-$5000 offers on their website). Joke. Super slimy. Much better dealerships out there. More
