Not happy with the final outcome It took a long time to get an answer to how the problem was going to get fixed. Now I have seat that are different colors. good on getting truck in for repairs and quick fix brought my truck in for repairs for truck over heating. dropped off on a Saturday with the sales guys dew to the service department being closed alrea brought my truck in for repairs for truck over heating. dropped off on a Saturday with the sales guys dew to the service department being closed already. sales helped out and took care of my truck and let me leave my trailer I was pulling there in their yard. mark the service advisor called me back after I left message on Monday to find out about truck. truck was repaired in a timely manner. happy with turn around but the only thing i would like to have happen was a little bit better communication. i called the dealer several times only to get an answering machine. left a couple of messages but no return call for over a day. over all great service and fast turn around! Recall done right I called about a recall notice and they told me i’ll Go on the list. Two days later they called and made an appointment for me. Informative and caring It was my first time going to a car lot. I was anxious, nervous, excited, etc. The gentleman that came and helped us out showed us around and we looke It was my first time going to a car lot. They were affordable, very clean interior as well as the exterior. The minute I found my jeep I fell in love, it was a bit expensive, but luckily due to the awesome atmosphere they were able to work down a price and work with me to make sure I got the car I instantly fell in love with. I am extremely grateful I went to Patterson of Bowie because my jeep runs beautifully and I am very very pleased. Would absolutely reccomend going to this location. More
