I am talking specifically about their diesel repair shop. I have a 2006 f250 6.0. My HPOP went out and I had them fix it. Their repair lasted a couple months until the brand new stand pipe started leaking du I have a 2006 f250 6.0. My HPOP went out and I had them fix it. Their repair lasted a couple months until the brand new stand pipe started leaking due to a Crack from being over torqued. The truck had to be towed. The dealership found the cracked stand pipe, a nicked O- ring pn an injector dumping fuel into the crankcase and the number 4 injector totally failed (they replaced all of the injectors, the HPOP, the stand pipes and dummy plugs and the IPR. Costing $5000). The truck was down for 3 months while they hunted down all the problems caused by their faulty work. Then, over the past few months, I had the exhaust Y pipe to the turbo start leaking. Didn't think much of it until I started working on it. It turns out they didn't torque the turbo stand correctly so it started moving. The movement is what caused the Y pipe to go bad. Not I'm replacing the head gaskets. I don't think thays their fault, but they didn't torque the intake manifold correctly, so it's loose. They also didn't put the egr cooler support boot is, so that stated leaking as well. I also found many other bolts not torqued to specification. Some loose, some over torqued. This service center is a joke... and a bad one at that. If you value your time, money and your truck, stay far far away from this shop. More

We spent over $27,000 dollars for a USED 2012 Daimler Chrysler, which included $2500 for a warranty because although the car was only 3 years old, it came with NO DEALER WARRANTY, NONE. After signing the papers we asked for the keys and the salesmen told us there was only one key, he said, THIS IS NO BIG DEAL YOU CAN GET ONE made AT ANY DEALER. Yah, $235 to get a second key made 3 days after we bought the car. Less than 2 months after we bought the car, BIG TIME PROBLEMS, EVERYTHING IN THE CAR SHUT DOWN, ( lucky we were not hurt) long story short, had to have it towed to Kovatch. .According to the mechanic, we would only be charged the $100 deductible to fix it, got the bill, IT WAS$185.00. And now there is a clicking noise in the dashboard! Called to speak to a manager and he was very rude and just about told me Tough luck, that's what you get when you buy a used car, you would be paying hundreds if you didn't have the warranty, I CORRECTED HIM AND TOLD HIM I HAVE ALREADY PAID hundreds, 25 hundreds for the warranty and now another $500 for repairs. HOPE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CAR WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYING AT KOVATCH! More

I bought a car from them and day after day there was another problem with the car. They gave me an attitude and told me they fixed it but ten times later it was still broken. Also, they tacked on extra charges that they said were going to be given to me. Dont go here unless you want to deal with problems. More
