Transmission failed 2015 Rogue with 73k miles. Took to Kraft for repair and got an $8,000 repair estimate. Bought a 30k$ 2021 and was only allowed $2,500 trade in. Car was in great condition. We were traveling with our 5 and 6 year old grandchildren. Baggage at the dealership so no real choices and no time to persue with Nissan America. Beware of your trade in. Not happy! More

My experience with Kraft Nissan was amazing. I met with Aaron Bowser who assisted in providing me a rental as the recall is pending for the stop lamp switch, as my Nissan Sentra was shutting off and on aft Aaron Bowser who assisted in providing me a rental as the recall is pending for the stop lamp switch, as my Nissan Sentra was shutting off and on after purchasing it 3 months prior. Went to get my car back and all my change in the ashtray was missing with only a few pennies near the gearshift. This How Buying a Car Should Work Found a 2019 on internet, NOT at Kraft. Emailed I was interested in vehicle. Next day, Kraft Nissan drove to pick up car so I could look at it. The Found a 2019 on internet, NOT at Kraft. Emailed I was interested in vehicle. Next day, Kraft Nissan drove to pick up car so I could look at it. There were no commitments on my part. This was good will on Kraft’s part. Test drove, liked, made offer, bought. No high pressure sales, no “let me talk to my manager”, no games. Why can’t every car dealer learn these lessons? I am a return customer and will return again. More

Horrible, Ridiculous and Unsatisfactory service. 2002 Nissan Pathfinder has been in your shop since March 20th, 2019. Still not repaired! Everyday JEFF tells us its being worked on and when WE final 2002 Nissan Pathfinder has been in your shop since March 20th, 2019. Still not repaired! Everyday JEFF tells us its being worked on and when WE finally have to call to check on status...blah blah blah.... we are busy. BS! I truly feel since I live in Albany, GA we are getting the run around and that they are putting local vehicles before ours. AGAIN, our vehicle has been there since March 20th, 2019. This has gone on for too long!!! p.s. I think Jeff should be fired! More

fantastic service experience I sent my mother to Kraft to have her AC checked out when it suddenly started blowing warm air. I made an appointment for her, and Dylan was very nice I sent my mother to Kraft to have her AC checked out when it suddenly started blowing warm air. I made an appointment for her, and Dylan was very nice to her when she arrived. He checked out the controls and discovered that the main button had been turned off . He still sent the car into the shop to be sure that was the only issue. They returned the car in less than 15 minutes and sent her away reassured her AC was ok. They charged her nothing!!!! Thank you Kraft Nissan. More
