We are unable to find your name in our database and would like to inspect the process that took place on your recent visit. Typically we would always start with the key fob batteries before proceeding to another option. If you could call our Customer Relations Manager, Debbi McLanahan at 850-576-6171 we would appreciate the opportunity to get more information for improvement purposes.

The description of your experience is very concerning. We would hope that you felt comfortable enough to have reached out to a Sales Manager of your concerns so this could be addressed immediately. It does appear the vehicle you purchased was part of our Wholesale advantage program, which does provide a disclosure. We practice with integrity and transparency as our goal always!

I did reach out to the service manager and all I got was it’s not covered all I’m saying is it was not checked out like Kraft claims to have done on the so called Kraft care which is a crock I would have accepted it if it was disclosed but I thought windshield washers were a safety thing how can you clean something that hits your windshield without stopping and doing it yourself if I couldn’t see because mud or bugs or something else blurred my view resulting in an accident they were not checked just like the brakes that had to be replaced I lost all respect for this dealership for the lies including my car not being detailed like I was told

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. The headlamp recall affected quite a few customers and we had to follow protocol. Inspection of the lights was required by Nissan and we were only allowed to order lights that failed inspection. There were several months that went by prior to receiving the lights, which created frequent calls to check on parts. Our records show a call made by you in Sept. for a status check and within the hour Aaron attempted to call you back but was unsuccessful.

We apologize if there was any miscommunication. We did check your credit only and did not submit it to any lenders. It was determined that you could possibly benefit better by going to your local bank, so that is what was recommended. We do not hold vehicles so they are listed for sale until they have been contracted and finalized. We try to provide full transparency and are sorry if in any way we failed you.

Kraft Nissan responded

We do apologize for any clarity not given on how long your visit may take. When we schedule for an oil, filter, tire rotation and multipoint inspection it typically takes an hour and a half to two hours for completion. We do offer a free pick up and delivery service if you prefer to not wait at the dealership. We were unable to locate your name "Saipan" in our database however, you are welcome to contact one of our service managers if you would like to further discuss.

Saipan responded

Sorry, but your response sounds like a canned PR answer. The truth is that the vehicle sat for over 40 minutes (combined) before and after service. Just be honest that you overbook appointments and don't respect your customer's time. I could have done it all in less than an hour at home.

Saipan responded

Follow up: Critical issues Kraft said needed immediate attention, their quote was over $1,300. Elsewhere I got it done for $190 (ok, I tipped the mechanic, and I got the upgraded lifetime warranty version on the part, so the cost could have been less). Kraft wanted a full day to complete. Overall, they are overcharging and charging for anything they can. The average person who knows nothing about cars is going to get raked. If you have the money to spend, go ahead. Otherwise, find another mechanic. Sample of price gouging: One critical item they said had to be fixed was the third brake light. Kraft wanted over $300 to fix. It took me 5 minutes and cost $0.88 for a lightbulb. Just being honest, in my view overcharging is not being honest.
