Went in to look at the Nissan vehicles. Pretty much had made up my mind on a Ford Flex or Toyota. Brendan was my salesman and he took his time to go over each vehicle I might have an interest in. I actually like it but thought I would never get a good price on both vehicles I was trading in. For some reason, over the last 12 years I have never bought a vehicle in Tallahassee. The deals were always better out of state. Anyway, Kraft gave me a great price on the new vehicle and $3,000 more than any other dealer on the trade-ins I had. I really wanted the Flex but the additional money for the Flex wasn't worth it. I took the Quest and I absolutely love this vehicle. I have owned 6 different Nissans in the past and if this vehicle is as reliable as the other ones I have owned, I will be totally satisfied. My only question is their service department.At this point I am just not sure about it. Already had one problem with the installation of an option. I ended up speaking to Chris Kraft and bingo the problem was resolved. He also gave me a free loaner while they fixed the vehicle. I just hate going into talk to Mr. Kraft over every little problem. So far I am very happy with the dealership and Brendan the salesman and I would buy another Nissan from Kraft. More

Walking into this dealeship I felt confused and not sure if I would find the car that was right for me . I've gone out numerous of times looking for a car and when I got there I felt rushed and I felt they if I would find the car that was right for me . I've gone out numerous of times looking for a car and when I got there I felt rushed and I felt they we're just trying to sell me something that just wasn't me and I didnt feel like they cared but not at kraft. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake even a little joke which broke the ice of discomfort. I felt like mr. Lee wanted to know what would be best for me and not what would be best for him to sell. He is the perfect example of customer service that is truely needed at every car dealership, Honestly I think they would sell more cars. More
My experience with Michelle at Kraft Nissan was great. I submitted a request on line and was contacted back within minutes over email. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen for me. She made it so simple and we did it all through email. I would recommend Kraft Nissan anytime but most of all Michelle was a much a pleasure to work with in person as she was through the web. I bought a 2011 Juke from Kraft. I'd spent months researching the Nissan product compared to Honda and Toyota. He let me take all the time I needed to make the right decision for me and my family. He didn't pressure or push in anyway. I have the cutest Juke ever because Jim Sartin listened to what I wanted. He matched all my criteria, and then some. My expectations were exceeded in every way. In the end, I chose the car I loved, not the practical one I'd hate in a couple of years. I was extremely impressed by the sales team and the car. The Toyota and Honda dealers... not so much. I wanted to own a car that was safe (check), sporty (check), fun (check) and where I didn't feel dread pulling back onto the lot for service (check, check). Kraft made that possible. I bought my car from this dealership back in '08! Never once have I had a problem with them. They remember me every time I walk in the door. Just awesome customer service. They fix things under warranty without being asked and just treat me great! There is nothing bad about this place. They take care of their customers and reach so far as to rent them a car if needed at their own expense so that you are able to get around for the day (this is of course if your Nissan is under warranty). Everyone there is just very friendly and has a great attitude. Its especially nice when a company realizes that you are loyal to them and does little things to show you that they appreciate your business. I work in the hotel industry, and I know customer service. Kraft Nissan has it down right! Its a real honor to be part of the Kraft Family. More
Kraft Nissan should be closed down..they are dishonest with POOR customer service. How is this company still open and allowed to make the claims that they do. When I contacted Peter Kraft to inform him that one of his employees resorted to names calling he replied that he was not going to take the word of SOME customer. SOME ONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!! More
